ALPHEN HOTEL
A SIMPLIFIED GABLE
The main gables were replaced with a large triangular pediment at some stage. The building still retains it's decidedly Cape Dutch character despite this daring restoratin move.ZEITZ MOCAA MUSEUM
CONTEMPORARY AFRICAN ART COLLECTION
The building is a restorded 100 year old grain silo. A British architect was commissioned with the task, and he certainly brought a fresh perspective and design flare to the Waterfront.
V & A WATERFRONT
Where shopping meets the nature in a fantastic juxtaposition. The atmosphere of the real life harbour is set against the backdrop of the famous Table Mountain - named after its flat top.
CAPE POINT NATURE RESERVE
See a beautiful lighthouse set at the very tip of the wind-swept Peninsualy. This amazing nature reserve preserves the area where the two Oceans are said to meet as well as important historical sites such as the Diaz Cross.

Pristine white sands, palm trees, vibrant clubs and restaurants... all amidsy stunning mountain scenery of the 12 apostles mountain range... Camps Bay has it all, and should be one of your first stops on your holiday to the Cape.
CAPE TOWN CITY CENTRE
The city itself is bustling with vibrant street vendors, pubs, clubs and restaurants as well as being dotted with many museums and other places of interest.
THE RAINBOW NATION
Photographed at Reditus Winery in Devon Valley Stellenbosch, this rainbow is one of many you are sure to see if you visit the Cape during the end of winter...August particularly. While Joburg is the city with the most thunderbolts in the World, it is less commonly known that Cape Town is the city with the most frequentyl seen rainbows.
WATERFRONT CLOCK TOWER
Built in 1882, the clock tower is one of the oldest buildings in the Waterfront complex. It was originially a Port Captain's Office, making it a commercial building, historically speaking. It was painted yellow during the Cape Town design Indaba of 2014, but has since reverted to its original red colour. It is considered to be a gothic-style Victorian era building.
PWC BUILDING
The PWC building and a number of others, are the lates major commercial buildings to find their space here in this unique urban environment through a contemporary designs with a strong suistainability emphasis.
SEA POINT POOLS
Built in the 1950's the seapoint pools is a popular place to spend leisure time for locals and tourists alike. Only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Cape Town, this is something worth seeing.
